C. The coin switch doesn't work. You can't hear the "tick" sound when you move the wire by hand. Solution: coin switch broken, internal short circuit, replace coin switch;

D. Coins are mailed from the return port and cannot be dropped into the money box. Solution: adjust the coin passage on the coin feeder, and the size can only pass through the distance of one coin (up and down), or change the coin feeder;

E. The controller is burnt out. Solution: after the two wires on the coin switch are directly collided, the Kiddie Ride Machine still can not work, the controller is broken, replace the controller.

The coin Kiddie Ride Machine starts working after the power is plugged in

A. Coin switch wire head to head short circuit. Solution: separate the coin switch insulation, can not meet;

B. The coin switch wire is entangled in the wire. Solution: the coin switch wire should come out from the right side, not entangle the wire;

C. The coin switch is broken. Solution: coin switch broken, internal short circuit, replace coin switch

D. The controller is burnt out. Solution: replace or repair the plant controller.

There is music without shaking

A. The motor head fell off. Solution: re connect;

B. The belt is loose. Solution: adjust the belt advance and retreat screw, first loosen the fixed screw of P204 bearing, advance and retreat evenly from left to right, adjust and re tighten and fix;

C. The motor or capacitor is broken. Solution: after removing the motor belt, the motor will rotate under no-load state. If the motor does not move after loading, the capacitor will be burnt out. Replace the motor or capacitor;

D. The belt is broken or broken. Solution: check the length of two kinds of belts, and change the model;

E. The bearing is damaged. Solution: replace the bearing of the same type.

A. The motor belt is too loose or tight. Solution: adjust motor before and after;

B. Mechanical part, bearing oil shortage. Solution: after the Kiddie Ride Machine is started, roll over, add lubricating oil every 2-3 months for maintenance;

C. The crankshaft ran to one side and rubbed against the iron frame. Solution: after correction, fix the hexagon screw on p205 bearing.

You can't put money into it

Solution: if it's an electronic coin dispenser, check to see if there is a 1 yuan coin on the slot, if something is blocked in the slot, and if the switch of the coin changer is turned properly. If it is an ordinary coin dispenser, check whether there is something blocked inside and whether the screw of adjusting the coin in the coin dispenser is loose.
